Vets Sue CIA Over Mind Control Tests

The suit was filed in northern California in January 09. The law firm representing the veterans is Morrison & Foerster. A Vietnam veterans group is suing the CIA. The suit states that both civilians and military subjects were left with permanent harm and disabilities. It states that mind control experiments went awry. The complaint addresses several areas that are known to be included in this type of human experimentation. Once they have targeted an individual or group it is not uncommon for them to use their targets for other experiments. The lawsuit addresses not only mind control, but also addresses septal implants in the brains of victims. As well as, addressing a wide range of foreign substances that they intentionally were put in contact with both internally and externally. It addresses the “thousands of secret experiments to test toxic chemical and biological substances under code names such as MKULTRA” stated by the attorney. The defendants are the CIA, Department of the Army, Department of Defense and various government officials responsible for these departments. The Veterans state when the experiments were over, which they did not give consent for, their was no follow up or health care, nor was there compensation.
